Pipes and components made of steel, longitudinally welded. Diameter from 60 up to 800 mm.

Material: powder coated / primed or galvanized steel and stainless steel (st/st). Wall-thickness from 1 up to 3 mm.

Pipe ends machine-lip flanged for pull-ring connection, alternative: pipe ends with flange or slip over flange.

Machine-lip flanged version up to diameter 400 mm, the majority of these available ex stock.

Pressed segments with small radius for bulk good handling and pressed bends (with good flow characteristics) with a radius twice as large as diameter (up to 400 mm) for exhaust air/dust extraction plants.

Pipe ends are calibrated during the flanging process to create a smooth connection. This ensures a further protection against wear and tear.

Pipes are flanged on both ends simultaneously, this ensures parallel angled ends.

Entire range of pipes and components for gravity bulk good handling and for exhaust air/dust extraction plants, with throttle valves, non-return valves, regulator gates/dampers and distributors, also pneumatically or electrically operated.

Diversity of 2-way-distributors with and without seal at the inner flap. 2-way valves, pressed version up to diameter 300 mm with an optional fitting of the inner flap. No reduction of cross-sectional area by convex shape. This ensures less wear and tear of the 2-way valve and of the conveyed product.

Turn-head distributor with 45 and 60 degree inclination of the turn-pipe, up to 20 outlets available. The selected outlet of the dust tight version is pressure tight up to 1 bar. Swivel-pipe-switch is pressure tight up to 3 bar.
